Customization Instructions
- Select the products you like and add them to the shopping cart.
- Please provide the text content such as the award name, recipient's name, company name, blessing words, as well as black and white LOGO, badges, and label files in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS formats, and send them to "service@trophycustomizalion.us".
- We will provide a design proposal to you within 48 hours after receiving the email. If you need any modifications, please reply within 48 hours.
- If you cancel the order during the design process, a design fee of $10 per item will be charged. Here is the link for the design fee payment.
- If you approve the design proposal, please proceed with the payment on the website, and we will immediately begin production.
